Scope of work is to turn the dining area into an office by framing in 2 walls and a door. This room "MAY" include a closet and if the window meets egress and smoke detector is installed, could be considered a bedroom. In additon, widen the opening between the great room and hallway created by the new office walls. Also, relocate existing front door to north bringing it closer to the garage. Remove interior non-load bearing wall locate in the kitchen area. The homeowner will also be responsible for verifying that the load points carry down to the foundation. Update smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as noted on plans. Separate electrical permit will be pulled.
