Two series of letters will be secured directly to the exterior wall as detailed on the approved drawings. The upper series of letters will have a total area of about 31 square feet with no letter more than about 5 square feet. The lower series of letters will have a total area of about 5 square feet with no letter more than about .6 square feet.
