(IDAHO AUCTION COMPANY – WEST END) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a 584 square foot one story tenant space to be used in the exchange, storage, acquisition, and disposition of consignment and liquidation property and fire arms. Sales will be conducted via the internet in an auction format. Drop-off, pick-up, and final transaction will be administered in this tenant space. Storage racks are not allowed to be taller than 8 feet. This tenant space is located in the West end of an existing building that has a total 1st story floor area of about 27,300 square feet. Egress for this tenant space is directly to the outside at grade. Common use restrooms are provided within this building and are required to be available to this tenant. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety. **CJW**
