Scope of work is to update existing duplex located at 3919 and 3921 W Garnet St. The duplex fire separation will comply with R302.3 exception #2 (see case summary for details). HVAC, electrical and plumbing will be pulled separately. The main purpose of the work is to make the structure is to improve the fire & life-safety concerns with old wiring. The building envelope will not be altered therefore compliance with the energy code will not be required. Work will be performed per the approved plans and local codes. **DAF**
