Partial life fire safety inspection complete, area of work (new wall/exit signs) pass for life fire safety, fire extinguishers are in place with current inspection tags. Fire sprinkler heads next to area of work are spaced to close together, fire sprinkler heads need to be relocated for proper spacing, in same area there is a fire sprinkler head spaced to far off of wall, head needs to be relocated for proper spacing of fire sprinklers. After fire sprinklers have been repaired and passed final inspection this permit can be finaled for life fire safety.
