The east sideyard setback must be 20 feet. They are going to change the plan. A Zoning Certificate is required because the structure exceeds 1,000 sq. ft. it will be completed and sent to me ASAP. BPE
I received the Zoning Certificate 3/31/2016. Can't PASS BLD16-00933 until revised plan is submitted that meets the setback requirements (20 Ft.) on the street side yard. BPE
