Neighbor (Conner) located in the house to the west of this project at 7688 N. Goodyear Way is complaining that the CBH foundation is sitting well above his and is afraid of run-off water. He's contacted CBH several times but nothing has been done.,, it appears that both homes have and will have sufficiant drainage away from both homes and will drain away acceptable,, I called the job super and talked about keeping all run off on his own property,, he stated that no sprinklers will be on that side as well
