Work is to include: construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (3) new offices, a hallway, and wall infill to separate tenant spaces, relocate existing light fixture, electrical work, relocate mechanical ductwork and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
