This building is fully fire sprinklered with an NFPA 13 system to comply with special provisions of section 510.2 and area increase. Scope of work includes: interior finish of the first floor, construction of wood frame 4 story building on top of the previously approved podium, installation of interior non-bearing walls and bearing walls to create 76 individual units, new plumbing, new electrical, new mechanical, new insulation, new windows, new doors, and interior finishes in compliance with Chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC.
