1. The required bocce ball court or horseshoe pit must be either installed or bonded for. In addition, all common area landscaping must be either installed or bonded for. To bond, you must provide two bids and bond for 110% of the higher of the two bids. In addition there is a $300 bonding agreement fee.

2. The site plan must be revised to show 24 bicycle parking spaces and how the required 6 spaces will be covered.

3. The plans shall be revised or a new sheet added to show the covered entry to the building along Preece Drive is a minimum of three feet deep.
