(VERONICA SCOOTER WORKS) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a 1,254 square foot tenant space to be used for scooter rentals and for minor repairs of scooters. This tenant space was previously occupied as a self-serve Laundromat. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a permit. No change of occupancy classification is allowed under this permit.
