Label new manhole in Federal Way "MH 562F9A". Show angles between manhole inverts, with sweeping flow channel from service invert to invert out. Clearly show in plan and profile the deliniation between public and private sewer (the edge of public R/W). Add note to plans: "Contact Boise Public Works 48 hours prior to performing sewer work in public R/W to obtain tap permit and schedule inspection. Sewer contractor shall CCTV sewer line in Federal Way up and downstream of new manhole after installation is complete, and submit video to Public Works."
