2) Because you are proposing to divide an existing tenant space into two separate spaces, we'll need for you to upload a 2nd (dummy) #518 application. On this application please change the BLD16-01201 in the upper right hand corner of the application and insert # BLD16-01255. This is a new BLD# that we just created for your project. Do the same with the tenant unit # located in the box below the BLD#. Change it from 100 to 175 and upload this new application into the same small documents folder in BLD-01201 (do not create a new BLD project in ePlan) but just give it a different title such as BLD16-01255 Application.pdf.
