1) Plans say "Not for construction or building permit". This comment needs to be removed from all five plan sheets.
2) The plans are not stamped, signed and dated by the architect of record.
3) There is no #304 Registered Design Professional form in your submittal documents.
4) Because this is an establishment that serves food and beverages, a CDHD application and approval form must be submitted.
5) No vicinity map has been provided just a key map showing the store itself and not where it's location is within the City.
6) All 5 plan sheets must be uploaded individually. The cover page G-0001 has not been separated out.
7) Per out checklist, all plan sheets shall be minimum of 18"x24". Your cover page is small than that.
