** (NORTHWEST PETS) ** Permit is to remodel an existing 4,108 sq. ft. tenant retail space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: Removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door and frame, removal of existing restroom, removal of suspended acoustic ceiling, removal of light fixtures, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (2) dog wash areas, employee break room with a new sink, a utility area with a new mop sink, a smaller stock room, a hallway and (2) ADA compliant accessible restrooms, new select millwork, new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work, plumbing work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
