Spoke with Mike. We are suppose to close on this house tomorrow and have just been waiting on the water line installation for our permanent C of O. Please feel free to contact me if you need anything else. Phone #: ###-#### Inspection requested via web by Jessica Bradley-call Jessica for code to get in. Temp occ. has already been granted. It appears that Suez water has not signed off of new water system and fire for fire hydrants. House must have meter and connected to domestic water. Will issue perm. occupancy once all aspects of agreement have been met. Sewer fees due on SWR16-00560 Don't issue OCC until fees are paid.

John,
After talking to Bill V. (plumbing supervisor), he said there has been no new plumbing permits pulled for the hookups to the water lines to each home, so to his knowledge the work has not been done yet. Once it has been done we will need something from Suez stating that the work is complete.
Once they have been met please remember to call in your final’s so we can issue the perm C of O. Until then please remember to keep requesting the extensions on the temp you already have. Also if Ron Johnson does his inspection on the fire hydrants, I can go in and put the notes in our system. I’ll shoot him an email asking him to let me know once it’s done.
Unfortunately I can not issue the temp c of o until sewer fees have been paid. I spoke to Bev in PW, she said they spoke to someone back in May of last year to let know the fees were due and needed paid. Once permit SWR16-00560 has been paid in the amount of $1,540.00 I can issue that temp c of o and send it to you.
