Existing Mst up to be made into gathering area and FUTURE Bathroom. Dormer on existing bath to be expanded for Future Bath. Exisitng stairs to be widened and brought up to currrent code requirements. IMPORTANT: If the Main floor walls are over 10' in height, signed stamped engineering calculations must be provided prior to construction. All work to be done according to plans, notes, review notes and local codes. If a new furnace is to be installed, builder or home owner must provide Manual J as/if required. Actual Living Space for the upper floor will be less than 420 due to the sloped ceiling and 5' minimum height for living space. A separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. **BJM**
