Addition of 433 squate feet of Living Space by walling in existing breezeway. Adding a 153 square feet of covered Front Entry and covered back Patio. Remainder of the home to be remodeled; Kitchen, Dining, Powder, Master Bedroom-Closet-Bath, Laundry, Office, (2) Bedrooms, Bathroom, Living Room. Engineering has been provided to alter the ceiling over the existing Living Room and Kitchen/Dining areas. Adding 4' to the Garage, relocating the Garage doors to face the street instead of the existing side entry garage. New mechanical is being installed. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and erosion permits are required. All work to be done according to plans, notes, review notes, provided engineering and local codes. **BJM**

Since the last visit, They have installed several windows, did a little framing and completed cleaning up the front yard. House still boarded up and secure.

After seeing a picture of the structure from a few months ago.......I realized that the garage and garage foundation has been removed. The neighbor said the owners have been working on the house over the last 6 months including cleaningnup the exterior. The house is generally safe and secure, with plywood on windows and doors. Not going to expire permit. I understand that owners are seeking a new contractor to complete the work. WIP.

No one is working on this project. It lookes the very same since my last inspection..........Mostly framed.....No 2nd story...no siding,windows or doors.
