Work to include: demolition of existing non-bearing walls, extend existing one hour wall through dropped ceiling to the deck, rate existing ceiling, rate new soffit for connection to existing corridor, install new exterior door, relocate existing sink, new counter, new 20-minute door, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
