Description	(ROOF PROJECT) (AT&T BUILDING) See attached special inspection report. Fire stopping to per UL listing for new and existing penetrations through building. Guard rail shall meet loading requirements of chapter 16 IBC. Replacement of roofing system and adding above deck insulation to meet IECC 2012 over the 14,321 sq ft Sixth Floor and 1,486 sq ft Seventh Floor Penthouse. See plans for alternates. Replacement of roof drains includes the installation of nine (9) new overflow scuppers and four (4) new internal overflow drains. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
