Addressing for builing is not correct sizing, address sizing needs to be changed to 4 inch tall numbers with the numbers having a brush stroke width of half an inch. Fire extinguishers were not in place at time of inspection, discussed with point of contact acceptable locations for fire extinguishers and distance of travel to fire extinguishers, fire extinguishers need to have current inspection tags from a licensed inspector. Exit signs/emergency egress lighting was not operable at time of inspection, exit signs/egress lighting needs to serviced or replaced.
