1) Because of the large scope of work, this will have to be submitted as a "MAJOR" TI and not a Minor. Please complete a #520 checklist and provide all of the supporting documents that are applicable to the project that are listed on the checklist.

2) Each building has a separate address therefore a separate building permit application will have to be uploaded into this project file for all 18 buildings. Please separate out the cost anticipated for each building. ($1,119,000 divided by 18 buildings?).

3) Provide structural engineering for the stairs, balconies, attachments of these elements, stair pads, etc.
