Permit for approx 80 sq. ft. addtion onto existing house under existing roof. Scope of work is for new foundation and walls to convert existing patio cover to living space. The existing bearing point of the existing hand stacked roof will be moved to the outer new walls. Work will also include interior kitchen remodel with demo and construction of nonbearing walls.
