Home is in Hillside but all work is interior or window replacement with new header. No exterior excavation or disturbance. Existing Pantry and one Kitchen non-structural wall to be removed. New Kitchen cabinets and fixtures to be installed. New Mudroom cabinets and fixtures, New Powder Room fixtures. Replace existing guardrail at stairs, replace with metal guard rail. Add additional floor space over stair landing (providing adequate head height) to allow additional cabinets. New flooring as designated. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms to be updated as required. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required.
