Permit to install a new egress window in a Basement Bedroom. Back wall of Basement to be excavated to provide a concrete patio with stair stepped retaining wall to the back yard level. A new 48x48 egress window will be installed in the back Basement Bedroom. A new 6' x 6 '-8" vinyl sliding door. Windows and door to meet Prescriptive Energy requirements. Windows and window wells to meet egress requirements. Engineering has been provided for the retaining walls and openings in the existing Basement wall. All work to be done according to plans, notes engineering and local codes. No electrical, plumbing or mechanical is expected to be disturbed. Separate permits will be required if any are. **BJM**
