Work to include new nonbearing partition walls to create 2 conference rooms, 6 offices, 1 break room, IT room, 2 storage room, 2 new ADA restrooms each with 4 fixtures and open office area. New plumbing, mechanical and electrical work is required to be permitted. New ceiling grid will be installed as per approved plans. Interior finish materials shall meet IBC chapter 8. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**ajs**
