(CENTENNIAL HIGH SCHOOL – CLASSROOM REMODEL) To remodel a 2,656 square foot storage areas by converting the storage area into a 1,496 sq. ft. computer technology classroom and a smaller 1,156 sq. ft. storage area. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of exterior overhead garage door, construction of select interior nonbearing walls, to create classroom, storage area and a hallway, CMU exterior wall in-fill, new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
