Emergency lights that are currently in place did not operate with test button. Emergency lights are not required but if they are in place the need to be operable. Emergency lights need to be serviced or removed. Rear door is secured by a bar with bolts, this is not an approved method for securing the door, door hardware needs to have single action paddle type hardware or panic hardware installed.
