Contacted Bill Wernli with Uintah Refrigeration. Bill noted that some of the work had been done, but not all that was listed in the scope of work. I noted to Bill to have the architect upload a plan modification to revise scope of work and show what work was completed. After this is completed Bill noted that he would pick up permit and get all required inspections to close out permit.
