Work to include: installation of new refrigerated cases, installation of new refrigerate lines, new condensate lines, electrical work, plumbing work and mechanical work. Note special inspection is required for Hilti KWIK anchors per ES Report ESR-1917. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

Need to know if any work has been started/done permit is to expire. PLEASE DO NOT EXPIRE OR VOID PERMIT. THANK YOU! On site to seeif any work was being conducted at this time. Contacted Bill Wernli with Uintah Refrigeration. Bill noted that some of the work had been done, but not all that was listed in the scope of work. I noted to Bill to have the architect upload a plan modification to revise scope of work and show what work was completed. After this is completed Bill noted that he would pick up permit and get all required inspections to close out permit.
