Repair existing non-bearing exterior wall, rim joist and sheathing that has been water damaged and rotted. Proposed to strip wall as needed in order to attach a new 2x to the existing rotted 2x. The existing 2x shall be confirmed as dry, not wet or able to cause continued rotting. Existing 2x6 rim board for several feet is in the same condition and shall be replaced as needed, attached to the sill plate as required. Exisitng insulation, replaced with an R15. Existing sheathing or black board withh be removed and replaced with new 7/16 cdx and covered with Tyvek House Wrap. The wall will then be resided with matching siding. Some electrical will need to be modified. A separate electrical permit will be required. All work to be done according to plans, notes review notes and local codes. **BJM**
