See the city approved plans for list of required corrections that include: sprinkler permit for required modifications, repair all exit signs/emergency lights, provide sticker at main exit, remove deadbolts from office and rear exit doors, resubmit plans with corrected wall layout (plans show island restrooms shared with another tenant but door no longer exists.
