Please upload a 2nd #518 Application for the adjacent tenant space. It can be a copy of the one that you have in the file just remove the Unit # and our addressing department will assign it a new address if needed.

Also, when electrical work is included in the scope of work, the City requires that an electrical plan is submitted that shows the switching. This can be drawn by you and not an electrical engineer. Also, a COMcheck for the lighting (or equivalent) is also required with the scope of work that you're proposing.
