**(LIBERTY HEALTHCARE – SUITE 164)** Permit is to remodel an existing 7,533 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 3,953 sq. ft. and the remaining 3,580 sq. ft. is to be an unoccupied tenant space created under BLD16-02377. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frame, removal of select millwork, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, create men’s and women’s ADA accessible restrooms and (3) new offices, select wall infill, new ADA Hi/Low drinking fountain, new service sink, relocate select light fixtures, select new light fixtures, some electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Please upload a 2nd #518 Application for the adjacent tenant space. It can be a copy of the one that you have in the file just remove the Unit # and our addressing department will assign it a new address if needed.

Also, when electrical work is included in the scope of work, the City requires that an electrical plan is submitted that shows the switching. This can be drawn by you and not an electrical engineer. Also, a COMcheck for the lighting (or equivalent) is also required with the scope of work that you're proposing.
