Meeting with assistant Fire Marshal (Ron Johnson) to dicuss removal of fire sprinkler requirement of lot 15 block 1 in Hackberry Ranch subdivision per the request of developer Scott Kimball. Ron Johnson said this was agreed upon in August of 2017, however, a modified agreement was not distributed to the Building Division to replace our 2014 version. Approval has been given by the Fire Marshal to remove the previous fire sprinkler requirement for block 1 lot 15; and a current signed copy of the subdivision fire safety plan will be delivered to the Building Division for future projects.
