Please provide a completed #518 TI application. Also, provide on your plan, a lighting diagram that shows switching along with an electrical COMcheck (or alternative) is required where electrical work is being performed. In addition, the checklist asks for your plans to be dimensioned. You've indicated on the checklist that they are dimensioned however I don't see anything that has been dimensioned. Your cover page states that the plans may not be to scale which makes the dimensions that much more essential.
