New doors throughout, update electrical throughout, repair sheetrock as needed, paint throughout interior, remove non-bearing wall between Kitchen and Living Room, new Kitchen cabinets and appliances, install smaller window in Kitchen, retile and replace fixtures in both Bathrooms, replace Furnace, add (3) egress meeting windows and window wells in lower floor at bedroom locations, replace existing exterior with stucco exterior (install as per code and mfg. specifications), paint exterior as needed, repair fascia and exterior wood work as needed.
