Description	Verizon Wireless is proposing the following scope of work at their BOI Capitol communication site: Existing antennas remain in place and are unchanged. Swap out the (6) existing 700mhz TRDU amps with new 60W RRH amps. Add (6) RRH additional amps for PCS Add (2) runs of Hybriflex cable and connect the (4) receive branches for all technologies that will have an RRH in place . There will also be some minor modifications within the existing ground shelter; however, there will no change in ground space, power requirements or overall tower height. The upgraded equipment will provide new frequencies to prepare for the next generation and improve capacity coverage in the area. The work will be performed per the approved plans, attached engineering and local codes. DAF

1) A Zoning Certificate must be obtained from our Planning Department PRIOR to submittal and then uploaded into the file.
2) All plan sheets must be broken out individually and not bundled the way you have them uploaded. Also, when you upload them, be sure to use the proper naming convention for each page. These names can be found on the cover page of the plans under Drawing Index (example: Site Plan / Title Sheet / Antenna Plans).
3) Engineering calcs; not just a letter from the engineer that states that the added loads are okay. Carl needs to see the loads for the entire tower or roof top pad.
4) In this case, the engineer says that the legs of the skid mount vertical legs shall be strengthened but doesn't tell us how that is to be done. Will another engineer provide you with proper engineering for that scope of work?
