Permit to remove and expand existing bathroom. Addition to include two sinks, toilet and 60"x34" shower. A door will be added from the bathroom to access a new walk in closet (8'x6' roughly). The washer and dryer will be relocated into the storage room. Exterior walls at the remodel areas will be furred out to meet energy code (R13 in cavities). No bearing walls are proposed to being altered. All work is interior. All work to be done according to plans, notes, review notes and local codes.
