At the Aberdeen 5 4-plexes (BLD16-02645 & BLD16-02646), we have been working with Mike Jordan on a fix for the fire partition between units.
The framers missed putting in the rim joist and ran the floor joists continuous through the building. We met with the architect and structural engineer on site on 12/13 to determine the fix for the fire partition.
