Work to include: construction of less than 26’ lineal nonbearing walls to create a 158 sq. ft. room for existing machine equipment and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. this unlimited area building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system and surrounded by public ways or yards not less than 60 feet. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
