Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundations, concrete slab on grade, exterior wood stud walls, alternate braced wall panels, gypsum braced wall panels, interior 1-hr fire-resistance rated fire barrier walls, engineered roof trusses, exterior wall finishes, roof covering, and garage doors. The truss design is a deferred submittal item.
