• Per ePlan submittal standards all the architectural plan sheets shall be uploaded as individual sheets not as a packet and each plan sheet must clearly indicate the information found on the individual page. “Example: A2.0 – Floor Plan”
• Per ePlan submittal standards all the civil plan sheets shall be uploaded as individual sheets not as a packet and each plan sheet must clearly indicate the information found on the individual page. “Example: C2.0 – Grading and Drainage Plan”
• Per ePlan submittal standards all the structural plan sheets shall be uploaded as individual sheets not as a packet and each plan sheet must clearly indicate the information found on the individual page. “Example: S2.0 – Foundation Details”
• Per the checklist Building Plans shall be on minimum 18” x 24” size sheets. The submitted PEMB plan sheets are currently on 11x17 plan sheets and need to be enlarged to minimum standards or place (4) of the existing 11x17 sheets on a 36x24 plan sheet for prescreen approval
