Work to include: removal of select door/door frames, removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select acoustic ceiling, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create (2) conference rooms, (2) small meeting room and (1) office, new office cubicle workstations, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, relocation of light fixtures, electric work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC.
