Description	(ZURCHER’S PARTY & WEDDING) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 18,240 square foot tenant space to be used for retail sales. This tenant space was previously used for retail sales by “Cost Plus World Market”. Egress is directly to the outside at grade. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, shelves, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Free standing racks shall not exceed 8 feet in height. Free standing racks that exceeds 8 feet in height require a separate Building Permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety.
