(THE DESIGN HOUSE - RIVER STREET MIXED USE BUILDING - FIRST FLOOR - SUITE #120 – Interior Finish) Permit is to complete an interior build out of a 3,226 sq. ft. first floor office suite. This building is fire sprinklered for height increase and residential occupancies. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (8) office suites, a conference room, a delivery room, an open work station/design resource area, a break area, a reception area, an electrical/mechanical room and (2) ADA accessible restrooms, new door/door frames, new acoustic and gypsum ceiling, new light fixtures, new electrical, new mechanical, new plumbing and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building’s super structure was permitted under BLD15-04329 and the foundation permit was pulled under BLD15-04236. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
