**(DA DAVIDSON & COMPANY - US Bank Building – 18th Floor - SUITE #1801)** Permit is to remodel an existing 9,126 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, the existing tenant is downsizing and new space is to be 5,099 sq. ft. and the remaining 4,027 sq. ft. is to be an unoccupied tenant space created under BLD16-03156. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create a conference room and (2) offices, relocate existing door/door frames, electrical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC.
