in office for questions on what needs to submit; customer said scope of work is replacing all plumbing in same locations, upgrade electrial, no HVAC work, only removing drywall as needed to replace fixtures, leaving existing insulation, no window replacement, no reroof. They are removing one non-bearing wall that does not go all the way up to the ceiling in kitchen to open up floor plan. Told him need to submit dimensioned floor plan showing location of wall that is being removed.
