Description	(GARDNER CORRIDOR - SIGNS) (CSN16-00290) To install an illuminated projecting signs where the East spoke of the Grove intersects with Capitol Boulevard. The sign for “Ongi etorri Basque Block” has a total area of about 20 square feet and will project about 7 feet from a concrete column. It will have an aluminum cabinet with several features attached to it including a series of open pan channel letters illuminated with neon lights. Two horizontal steel support bars will be welded to a steel mounting plate that will be attached to steel straps that will be wrapped around the concrete column and attached with expansion bolts. At least 10 feet of clearance above the ground will be provided below the sign. To install an illuminated projecting signs where the East spoke of the Grove intersects with the Grove. The sign for “City Center Plaza” has a total area of about 20 square feet and will project about 5 feet from a wall. It will have an aluminum cabinet with several features illuminated with neon lights. Two horizontal steel support bars will be welded to steel mounting plates that will be attached to the wall with through bolts at the top plate and lag bolts at the bottom plate. At least 10 feet of clearance above the ground will be provided below the sign. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the attachment details, with the structural designs, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. CJW
