Met with IBC plan review to discuss the next step for the applicant in regards to updating the current floor plan to accurately depict the tenant space. Agreed to extend the existing TCO an additional 30 days while the applicant completes and fullfills the requirements for building permit application #518. If not already accomplished, the previously mentioned basic life safety correction items need to be corrected immediatley.

There were changes to the floorplan that he submitted for a C.O. and was caught during the fire inspection. I will go to records and try to gather the code analysis from the original plan and send it over to him so that he can draw up the plans accordingly. **DAF**
