3) Zoning Certificate from our Planning Department
4) Break out all the 12 plan sheets so that they are in individual files. It is ok to have the engineering documents bundled into one file but not the plan sheets. Make sure you name each sheet as they are named on the cover sheet of the plan.
5) Provide engineering calc's to support the engineering analysis.
6) Plan sheets are not stamped, signed and dated and they have "Preliminary - Not for construction" stamped on them. Have the architect remove this note and stamp the drawings.
