Description	(PACIFIC SOURCE – OFFICE) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. The building shell was constructed under permit BLD06-02311 but was never occupied. To complete a 1,475 square foot tenant space for office use. 1-hr fire-resistance-rated property line walls (i.e. 1 layers of 5/8” Type “X” gypsum board on each side of each wall – two walls total), 1-hr fire-resistance-rated roof-ceiling assembly used in lieu of parapets (i.e. 2 layers of 5/8” Type “X” gypsum board ceiling), and 1-hr fire-resistance-rated walls supporting the fire-rated roof structure (i.e. 1 layers of 5/8” Type “X” gypsum board on the inside) are required to be completed in compliance with the 2012 IBC. Additional work includes an interior concrete slab on grade, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, millwork, and finishes.
